Privacy Policy.

This website is run by B&B Electrical Contractors, 1008 W Broad Ave, Albany, GA 31701. This policy explains what information the site collects when you visit, how it is used, and how to reach us about it.

The site has no sign-up and no lead or quote form. If you call, text or email us, we receive your name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell us about your project, and we use it only to answer you, schedule work, prepare estimates and invoices, and keep normal business records.

The chat window on the site answers general questions about our services. Messages you type are sent to an AI service provider to generate the replies. Please do not type sensitive personal information into the chat. To prevent abuse, the site keeps a short-lived count of chat messages per IP address that resets within an hour.

We may use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Like every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request) to keep the site secure and running.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our business (hosting, analytics, the chat assistant, phone and email), or when the law requires it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing steve@bbecontractors.com or calling (229) 435-0287. This site is meant for adults arranging electrical work and is not directed at children under 13.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
